And sometimes the most sincere apology, standing aside with the door open indefinitely, patience and time just never allows for that repair. Sometimes it’s just over. And that’s when you recognize you are right where you are supposed to be. Perhaps it was a one sided relationship and this is how you finally recognize you needed to value yourself more and stop trying to be seen. I don’t know if you ever stop caring. But you can know that that friendship needed to end and you accept it and say thanks for the time together. Life holds so many new and positive opportunities to explore!
